Return Policy for EPKART

You may return most items purchased from EPKART within 3 days of the delivery date. Returns outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

2. Initiating a Return

   2.1 Return Authorization

   2.2 Return Instructions

3. Shipping Your Return

   3.1 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

   3.2 Return Address

We will inform you about the vendor or warehouse address nearest to you.

4. Processing Your Return

   4.1 Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

   4.2 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund to your account.

   4.3 Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once your return is received and approved. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for your new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at the delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. You may choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund.
