Who we are

EPKART is a general retailer based in Lahore, selling a deliberately small range across six categories: men, women, children, health products, sports and home essentials.

We started in 2019 with a single shelf of household goods and now ship nationwide. The range is still chosen by the same two people, which is why it stays small.

How we choose stock

Every product is bought in sample form first and used by the team before it goes on the site. If it does not survive a month of ordinary use, it does not get listed.

We publish the original price whenever an item is discounted, so you can see exactly what changed.

Delivery and support

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Delivery takes two to four days for most cities in Pakistan, with tracking sent by SMS.

If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
