What to do if something is not right.

The window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Message us with your order number and a photo of the item. We arrange the pickup and cover the cost if the fault is ours.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the item reaching our warehouse.
